Joe Salafia - Owner
In the summer of 1986 Joe was just a kid right out of high school looking to make enough money to make his car payment. After getting a" no" for a position at Action Tire he was called a week later with an offer to work changing wheels and tires for the business. Recognized by the owner as a person of talent, Joe was elevated to the position of sales. Hard work and dedication to his customers earned him a great following as the top salesperson. His success culminated on July 14th, 2005 with the aquisition of the business he helped build. Custom Lifestyles by Action Tire will be the transformation to a fine automotive couture establishment providing customers with a distinctive and memorable experience, true to the name. |

Joining Custom Lifestyles by ACTION TIRE, Joel has brought over eight years of automotive experience. This experience has earned him the top sales position that can only be explained by his tenacity to do the job right and with full customer satisfaction. He has a wealth of knowledge in all things automotive. |

Allen Vivat
The newest addition to the Custom Lifestyles by ACTION TIRE team. Mr. Vivat has earned his position in our sales staff after learning the business from the ground up. He joined us a couple of years ago installing the hardware and accessories he now sells. His experience in the technical field in our shop gives him great insight of how to add the right equipment, the most efficient installation and the best value without compromising your automobile.
